Who We Serve

Case management built for communities that are often left behind.

Bridge Healing Center was founded to serve people who face barriers — language, culture, insurance, history — to getting the mental health and community support they need. We meet people where they are, in St. Cloud and across the Twin Cities.

Populations Served

We serve people across diagnoses, cultures, and life circumstances.

Adults with Mental Illness

Individuals living with depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, anxiety disorders, and other serious mental illnesses who need support accessing treatment and community resources.

Substance Use & Dual Diagnosis

Adults with alcohol or drug use disorders, especially those with co-occurring mental health conditions (dual diagnosis). We coordinate between SUD treatment, mental health care, and social supports.

Somali, East African & Refugee Communities

BHC was built in and for Minnesota's East African community. Our staff includes Somali-speaking case managers who understand the cultural context, immigration history, and specific challenges facing refugee families.

Individuals Experiencing Homelessness

People in unstable housing or experiencing homelessness who need simultaneous support with shelter, benefits, mental health treatment, and long-term housing solutions.

Youth & Families

Children and young adults involved in the child welfare or juvenile justice systems, and families navigating system involvement while trying to stay together.

Uninsured & Underinsured

If you don't have Medicaid, we can still help connect you to sliding-scale services, county programs, and enrollment assistance to get you covered. Nobody is turned away.

Culturally responsive care — not just translated services.

Bridge Healing Center grew out of St. Cloud's Somali and East African community. We have Somali-speaking clinical staff and case managers, an understanding of the cultural and religious dimensions of mental health, and deep roots in the communities we serve.

We also serve clients from other backgrounds — we believe every person deserves care that treats them as a full human being, not just a diagnosis.
