Bridge Healing Center accepts Medical Assistance (Medicaid) and most Minnesota managed care plans. For eligible clients, case management services are fully covered — most people pay nothing out of pocket.

How It Works
From your first call to your first case management session
Contact us
Call or fill out our contact form. We'll ask for your name, date of birth, and Medicaid ID (if you have it).
We verify your coverage
Our team checks your Medical Assistance enrollment and confirms which managed care plan you're enrolled in.
Intake appointment
We schedule your first appointment — often within a few days. No cost to you, covered by your plan.
Services begin
Your case manager starts working with you right away on your assessment, care plan, and first referrals.
Don't have insurance? We can help you get covered.
Minnesota Medical Assistance eligibility is broad — including for immigrants, refugees, and low-income adults. We can help you apply for Medicaid and connect you to services while your application is in process.
